I would give 3.5/5. I didn’t receive a proper invoice, but just an email confirming the order. The confirmation of the shipping took a further couple of weeks, but in the end the item arrived without problems or damages. However, no tracking number was provided and the item was wrapped in a bubble bag. So, it took a bit less than a month to get the item, which arrived in good conditions and is of good quality. From the communications side (invoice, tracking and updates) things could be improved.
